Transparent teamwork with clear responsibilities<\/h2>\n

The team can then decide who processes the task. The status allows the others to see who is working on the task. Entries of any kind can be made in the log and notes area for each task. Who opened which task and when is automatically noted in the log. <\/p>\n

Other employees can be involved in this process at any time, e.g. for a legally valid release. One or more people can be included in each process. This means that the process remains with the actual user, other users are only included and can take note of the process and also enter remarks, comments or approvals in the log or work on the file. <\/p>\n

Each process can be marked as completed. The process is automatically saved in the \"Completed processes\" folder and is still permanently available for subsequent inspections, checks or new processing. <\/p>\n
