Secure file management with automatic versioning
Files of any type can be transferred directly from the desktop, file system or mobile device to BvLArchivio. The files remain in their original format and are protected against manipulation or deletion.
If files are edited and saved again, file versions are created automatically. There are not only PDF files that need to be distributed for editing. In a conventional file system, files are virtually unprotected. Not so in the BvLArchivio DMS.
Whether Excel, Word, images, videos, e-mails, etc. - forward any type of file to employees in the protected BvLArchivio DMS. The timestamp and file hash value are created automatically.
Information and comments can be added to a file so that processing statuses and comments are visible.
