With the significant functional expansions in 2024 for BvLArchivio DMS, companies will be able to digitally map all processes of checking, forwarding or resubmitting documents and files in the future. The comment function also offers all users the opportunity to leave comments or work instructions for others.

Our main focus both today and in the future is to help companies with digitalisation. We not only supply our products but also advise companies and provide them with our long-standing experience as we accompany them into the digital age. BvL.com GmbH is today an established company that combines a high level of expertise with the necessary service philosophy. More than 100,000 customers across Europe have chosen BvL over the last 35 years.

A year that will go in history. A year that none of us expected and that was not included in any business or life plan. If there's one thing we've learned this year, it's to be flexible and adapt to new situations.

The BvLArchivio app is launched on the market. The app allows customers to query documents and files in BvLArchivio while out and about.

2017

BvL celebrates its 30th anniversary.

2015

BEST OF 2015 – The German association “Initiative Mittelstand” (Medium-Sized Business Initiative) awards the IT INNOVATION PRIZE to companies with innovative IT solutions that offer benefits to medium-sized businesses. The expert jury awarded the company BvL.com and its product BvLArchivio the title BEST OF 2015 in this category. In its twelfth year, the IT INNOVATION PRIZE from “Initiative Mittelstand” builds bridges between IT innovations and medium-sized businesses. The patron for this year’s IT INNOVATION PRIZE was Microsoft Deutschland GmbH.

2012

BvLArchivio is not only supplied to numerous small and medium-sized firms but companies such as DB Netz AG or the auditing company KPMG also use BvLArchivio. In an endurance test lasting 12 months, BvLArchivio received the grade “very good” from the testing and business magazine “Facts” in February 2012.

2009

BvLArchivio is awarded the Innovation Prize 2009 at the “Digital Management Solutions” trade fair in Cologne. BvLArchivio also receives the PS880 certificate to certify that BvLArchivio complies with the relevant legal requirements.

2008

Sales launch for BvLArchivio and the first customers in Germany switch over to paperless archiving.

2006

Cupboards are becoming overloaded with more and more invoices and delivery notes. The idea of a paperless archive is born. BvLArchivio is programmed during a development period lasting almost three years as an alternative to expensive DMS systems.

2000

The company enters the world of commercial sales on the Internet. It subsequently offers Internet services such as e-mail servers and online shops.

1996

BvL is one of the first companies in Germany to enter into a trusting and extremely successful cooperation with the company Samsung.

1995

BvL receives the title of training company from the IHK and Chamber of Trade. More than 150 young people have been successfully trained as IT electricians or for a career in office management since 1995.

1992

The company places its faith in the quick transmission of colour images with the sale of colour fax machines. However, modern e-mail services break through into offices just a short while later and colour fax machines become a thing of the past.

1989

The founder’s brother Dirk-Carsten von Loesch joins the company two years later. He opens up new business fields such as the sale of fax machines. Yet there is nothing permanent except change. We all need to be ready to accept new challenges and this is something we do as a matter of course. Who still needs a fax machine today after all?

1987

After being founded as a single company by Ralph-Norman von Loesch, BvL primarily programs individual solutions for customers in the area of accounting and administration.
