Your digital desk - flexible, individual, always in view
Every user can have any number of inboxes and folders on their digital desktop. These contain the documents, files or emails that need to be processed. The processes can be uploaded to the digital desk by other users, from the automatic distribution or by the user themselves. The view of the desk can also be customized by the user with a single click. New tasks are automatically reported in the system and an e-mail notification can be sent if the user is not active in the system.
