Receive, check and digitally process e-invoices in compliance with the law
Not only the legally compliant storage of e-invoices is possible, but also the complete legally compliant processing. E-mails with e-invoices as attachments can be transferred directly to the DMS for further processing with a single click.
Further processing, as was previously done in paper form, can be carried out completely digitally. This can include annotations on the document, the addition of further pages and, if desired, the complete automatic recording of bookings.
The automatic validation of an e-invoice is of course available; discrepancies between the PDF image and the content of the XML file are displayed automatically. Reading relevant data from the e-invoice and various posting masks save time-consuming posting. All posting data can be transferred to downstream financial accounting programs.
