Documenting, photographing, archiving directly
There are many applications in which a mobile device can be used. For example, the fuel receipt for the travel expense report can be photographed immediately on site and placed directly on the digital desk of the accounting department in the "Travel expenses" folder. Another example: The electrician can immediately archive the new wiring of the electrical fuse box as proof of performance in the order or project file. Everything that is photographed can also be immediately transferred to BvLArchivio.
