With the automatic process, you scan the document from the scanner directly into the digital archive. The advantage here is that you do not have to enter filing locations or filing characteristics manually after scanning. The process is completed for you immediately after scanning.
With the ASF technology built into BvLArchivio, you can create single or multiple documents on the scanner, select the corresponding archive room on the scanner and scan the process directly into the archive. The process is then completed and the documents are stored correctly and automatically in the archive.
