Install our e-mail plug-in for Outlook, Apple or Tobit. You can decide with just one click where each particular e-mail including attachments should be archived in a subject-based manner. You can then
search for e-mails later on using all of the e-mail attributes and the contents of the attachments.
Naturally, you can also issue and take into account your own registry and filing attributes.

Access to the archived e-mails is password protected and possible via any workstation or using the mobile BvLArchivio app. Relieve the burden on your employees’ workstations by archiving every e-mail centrally in an encrypted form that is protected against manipulation. An e-mail can thus be called up years later irrespective of who actually saved and archived it in the past.

Document workflow

Transporting paper documents is now a thing of the past. A paper document often has to travel many paths in a company before it reaches its destination. The disadvantage with this process is that it always takes too long and the documents can be misplaced or lost. You can make documents available electronically for processing, checking and approval using the BvLArchivio Verify software tool. It is also no longer necessary to print out incoming invoices in order to forward and process them in the company. The Verify Software is a FREEWARE.
