Example:
You start off with the cheapest company licence for 25,000 files. You can switch over to the next largest company licence at any time and thus increase the maximum number of files that can be archived.
You can also switch over to the next largest version of the search query licence at any time. For example, if you start off with five workstations for €40.00 per month, you can switch over to ten workstations at any time in the future by paying the additional amount e.g. €10.00 per month.
You pay a one-off fee of €1,299.00 for the hardware module. This price includes all four hard disks so that your data is mirrored to four data media. If you require larger hard disks in the future, you can increase the memory at any time by purchasing larger hard disks. You only pay the price for the larger hard disks. The hardware module can work with all hard disks with a memory of up to 2 TB in the box version and up to 18 TB in the rack version.
